Teletherapy Services & Fees
Online Therapy Support
Initial Intake Session - $225
The initial intake session will be 1-hour in length and take place online using a HIPAA compliant platform. The session is generally attended only by parents. It is a way to gather information about your child and the presenting needs. Once the initial intake session is completed, parents will have the opportunity to schedule the telepsychology therapy sessions for their child.
Telepsychology Therapy Sessions - $175
The telepsychology (or online therapy) sessions are 50-minutes in length and take place over a HIPAA compliant platform. Each session is tailored to your child’s specific needs.
The first few sessions will be part of an evaluation of your child’s needs. This type of evaluation guides how I work with your child therapeutically.

No, I am not currently contracted with any insurance companies.
However, I will provide a superbill at your request to submit to your insurance company.
It is important to note that not all issues, conditions, or problems are reimbursed by insurance companies. You will be responsible for verifying your coverage.

No, at this time I do not offer any in person therapy options. My telepsychology services are being scheduled on a part-time basis. If you are seeking in person services for your child, I will provide you with referrals as needed.
-
The great news is that recent studies have shown telepsychology can be just as effective as in person therapy. There are benefits and risks to both telepsychology and in person therapy that should be considered prior to deciding which type is best for your child. I will be happy to discuss this with you during a consultation or initial intake session.

The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is part of the No Surprises Act (2021). It shows the cost of services that are reasonably expected to address your child’s mental health care needs. You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to the first service date.
The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.
